Document Flow Service incorporates Enhanced Document Flow features which let you scan a document once, then distribute simultaneously via a variety of formats including printouts, FTB, SMB, and email. EXPAND DOCUMENT PROCESSING WITH XEROX FLOW SERVICES
Fujifilm Flow Services software greatly expands the capability of Xerox multifunction devices to provide advanced processing of paper documents. Included with the software is two third-party plug-ins. The OmniPage Barcode plug-in extracts barcode information from documents and performs a dynamic value-based routing of the document. The Abbyy FormReader plug-in processes data found in forms, converting scanned data into TXT, CSV, DBF, and XLS formats for easy export into enterprise applications. Fujifilm Flow Services also improves the quality of document processing by “massaging” scanned data for cleaner, more accurate results.
